Returns and Cancellations
Our Products are of the highest quality, and we package them to arrive to you in the same condition.
If an item arrives damaged to you then you need to contact us via email or telephone within 24 hours and we will do our best to rectify the situation to resolve it satisfactorily. We may require a photograph to assess the damage when delivered. Where a replacement may not be sent a refund will be issued.
We describe all of our products as accurately as possible. Upon inspecting your items if you are unhappy then you are required to contact us via email or telephone within 24 hours.
Upon receiving your order and you decide they are not to your specification then you can return the item(s) (after informing us of your intentions within 24hours) to us at your own expense. It must arrive back to us in the condition it left us to issue you with a refund. Your refund will be made within 14 days after cancellation or return of the goods.
Our liability is restricted to the replacement or refund of the goods sold and delivered only. Please note, delivery costs for all replacements will be chargeable to the customer.
